In photography, you can’t always go into the wild to find your subjects. You sometimes have to go against your own values just to feed your strong will of creativity. This curious arctic wolf showed up at the fence when I passed by and I couldn’t help seeing sadness in his eyes, couldn’t help catch this picture that was a mirror to his emotions, of being held captive in a world where he doesn’t have to chase his prey, confined by fences from exploring the great northern wilderness.
